The porch is a covered space to enjoy the shade and views of the Carolina Beach Lake! There are 3 Smart TVs (with streaming capability). Just a short walk to the beach. Close proximity to downtown Carolina Beach, the Boardwalk, Veggie Wagon & just across the street from the beach. Parking for 2 vehicles (assigned, tandem spaces, under the building). Large trucks or SUV's may not fit. Small Dog is permitted with a pet fee ***Gas Golf carts are permitted - no plugin for electric; however, they do count towards parking allowance. Sleeps (5): Bedroom #1: Queen Bedroom #2: Queen / Bunk (2 Twin) No smoking Anyone 18 years of age or older living in the rental will be required to complete a credit application. $100 per applicant. Renters insurance is required.
