A meticulously maintained beach house with a sense of neighborhood and community built-in. This pocket area of Carolina Beach is unknown to tourists but it's where locals call home. Quiet streets close to a boat ramp and just a few blocks from the waves. 214 Peninsula was built with the big blue beach sky in mind with large windows that let natural light pour in. The house has been diligently cared for (see Updates doc) and was recently deep cleaned. The tree-lined backyard designed for grill-outs or relaxing in the pool with the jets on. Sit out on the front porch for the most spectacular sunrises money can't buy. Living in Carolina Beach has all the perks of the seashore but it best known for its community. Events, volunteer efforts, farmers markets and more happen all year round, creating the kind of place we all wish we could call home!
